Aragonite Crystal Pendant

This mineral is a polymorph of calcite, which means that it has the same chemistry as calcite but with a much different structure. Mined in Morocco, this fascinating piece is suspended by gold filled wire in a twisted texture. The pendant measures 15mm x 23mm x 34mm in length, which includes the gold bail.
