History and Metaphysical Properties:

Ammonite Fossil:

The ammonite mollusk was a shelled cephalopod. The extinction of ammonites coincided with the extinction of dinosaurs. Egyptians named this fossil after their God, Ammon. Named after its similar shape to a ram’s horns, it was prized by Egyptian and Roman societies because it was seen as a deity symbol. Fossils represent time, eternity and evolution. In general, they are used as protective objects. Fossils of all kinds are worn as amulets to increase life span, due to their lineage.

Citrine:

The color of citrine comes from the presence of iron impurities within the crystal. Most natural occurrences of citrine are when amethyst formations are near the earth’s crust. Amethyst at an 878 degree temperature becomes citrine. Methaphysically, citrine Stimulates mental focus & endurance, Positively influences education, business pursuits & interpersonal relationships.
