This eye catching statement ring features a Herkimer Diamond from Fulton county, New York. This crystal is set in a raw, textured, brass band with branch like prongs surrounding the stone. This design measures 20mm x 28mm and has a height of about 1" from the base of the ring shank. This ring is adjustable in size, but fits best at sizes 8-11.
Care instructions: Raw brass has no plating. The metal can tarnish over time, but can also be polished much like silver with a polishing cloth or Brasso.
Herkimer Diamond: This form of quartz is a double terminated crystal, with two naturally faceted ends. It is a rarer form of crystal as it forms free-floating in pockets of clay, rather than on one side of a stone.
