Green Victorian Tiara

This bright tiara is encrusted with rhinestones in an opalescent, seafoam green with colorless crystal accents set in a gold tone metal. It measures about 6" across and has an open back allowing for slight size adjustments. There are two loopholes in the back to fasten hair pins into.
