History and Metaphysical Properties

Chrysocolla, also known as the “Stone of peace and Tranquility”, is a calming stone that heals the heart of guilt, loss, hurt or fear due to traumas. It’s said to lower blood pressure detoxify the liver, helps with ulcers and arthritis. It’s commonly found alongside quartz and other copper minerals such as azurite, malachite and turquoise.

Also known as dendrite, this mineral possesses a branch-like structure of the black or brown pyrolusite inclusions found in transparent to translucent quartz. Dendritic quartzite is mainly found in Brazil, India, and the US. These inclusions are often made of manganese and/or chlorite. This stone can help ground one and reconnect with the Earth. It encourages one to enjoy each passing moment and can assist one to stay at an equilibrium while in a crossroads.
