Dendritic Opal Trapezoid Gold Necklace

This necklace features a unique cut of a variety of dendritic opal. This type of opal is a common opal with inclusions of metallic oxides like manganese and iron, which create plant like patterns within the base opal. Presented in this ftrapezoid cut, each stone is one of a kind and simply designed to highlight the opal. The stone measures 13mm x 16mm. It slides around a gold filled, beading chain with a length of 16 1/4" adjustable up to 18 1/4". A howlite bead accents the end of the extension chain.
