Dendritic Quartz Gold and Silver Necklace

This necklace displays dendritic quartz at its best. This high quality, cut stone is a variety of quartz which is valued for its inclusions. Quartz is host to maganese, which crystalizes inside the stone much like ice or frost does on a window. It creates branch, like patterns with gradients of color that are unique to each stone. This unique beauty is suspended by a gold filled, sparkle wire. The pendant measures 18mm in width and 30mm in length, which includes the gold bail. The pendant slides around a double chain of an oxidized, sterling silver and a gold filled, cable chain.  The length of the necklace is 18" adjustable up to 20".  A Herkimer diamond bead accents the end of the extension chain.
