Dendritic Sandstone (Also known as Dendrite)

This specimen is not a painting or a fossil. This mineral possesses a branch-like structure of the black or brown pyrolusite inclusions found in sandstone. These inclusions are often made of manganese and/or chlorite. Each one of these specimens are unique and reveal dendritic patterns on both sides. This is a great piece for any collector. It comes with an acrylic stand for display.
