Snow White Opal Necklace

This piece features a rough chunk of genuine, Ethiopian opal which is suspended by gold filled wire with a faceted texture. The wire swirls about gems of citrine, a purple tourmaline and rare pink spinel from Tanzania. This snowy white, opal pendant  measures 7/8" x 1/2" with a length of 1 1/4", which includes the gold bail. It slides around a gold filled, satellite chain with accents of more opal at the ends of the chain near the clasp as well as the end of the extension chain. The necklace length is 19" adjustable up to 21". 

Please note, extra care is required for this necklace due to the opals. You want to avoid getting the opals wet and putting into any liquid, chemical cleaner. Also, store it in a cool, dry place. Opals have a high water content. They can absorb impurities in the air that can affect their color.
