Labradorite Herkimer Diamond Kyanite Earrings

These earrings feature labradorite bezel set in sterling silver. Their surface was left raw and unpolished, leaving a natural texture which is rare to see in this stone. It's accented with Herkimer Diamond crystals and faceted, blue kyanite gems. These earrings measure 8mm in width and 40mm in length. They hang from sterling silver, ear wires. 

History and Metaphysical Properties:

This form of feldspar was first discovered in Labrador, Canada, by Moravian missionaries in 1770. Today most labradorite is mined in Madagascar but a lower quality can also be found in the high peaks of the Adirondacks of New York.
