Labradorite Lunar Eclipse Necklace

This necklace features a flashy, round cabochon of labradorite that sits in a sterling silver, prong setting, accented with a silver, moon. This pendant measures 20mm in width and 30mm in length which includes the silver bail. It slides around two sterling silver chains. One is an oxidized, silver, round box chain and the other is an oxidized black, sterling silver, diamond cut, rope chain. The chain length is 18" adjustable up to 20". Labradorite beads accent the end of the extension chain.

History and Metaphysical Properties:

This form of feldspar was first discovered in Labrador, Canada, by Moravian missionaries in 1770. Today most labradorite is mined in Madagascar but a lower quality can also be found in the high peaks of the Adirondacks of New York.
