Rutilated Quartz Crystal Moon Ring

This ring displays a pebble of rutilated quartz along side a crescent moon. Valued for its inclusions, this form of quartz has another crystal growing inside it known as rutile. Rutile is a major ore of titanium. This unique stone measures about 20mm x 16mm and sits in a 6 prong setting about 11mm high. This ring is made out of raw brass. The band has a hammered texture. Raw brass has no plating, so the metal can oxidize over time, but can also be polished much like silver with a polishing cloth. This ring is adjustable, but fits most comfortably sizes 6-9.
